R1: Join blue yarn to upper back chain of skirt, ch 2, sc in each ch around, join, ch 3.
R2: dc in next 4 dc, 4 tr in next dc, sl st in next dc, 4 tr in next dc, dc in last 3 dc, join, fasten off.
Strap:
Join blue in 3rd tr of bodice from the side, ch 10, fasten off. Repeat for other side, tie both chains together, making it loose enough to fit around dolls neck without straining doll’s head.
Finishing
Sew up backing opening of skirt. Weave in all loose ends. Using a knife - cut a circular hole in the bottom of the plastic cup that you get a connivance store. Slide dolls body in up to the hip not the waist. This creates a stand.
