Test Square = 8 stitches x 4 rows which measured 2" square.
Size 00 crochet hook is used in these test squares.
[NOTE: I was using a very old hook (price
stamped on hook - 10 cents). Found that hook #E seemed to be a the closes match in the newer hooks.]
Red Heart Classic / Super Saver / Kid / Soft / Fiesta or the equivalent in 4 ply yarn is used through out. The Sugar and Cream cotton threads work well also.
