Small amount of 4 Ply Yarn – Pale Blue – White

¼" Elastic - 4" long - sewn into a circle

Dress

Starting at upper edge – with pale blue – ch 22 – join to form a circle – ch 3.

R1-R3: Dc in @ st around - join – ch 3. End of R3 – ch 2.

R4; Working over an elastic circle – sc in @ st around – join – ch 3.

R5: * 2 dcs in next sts – dc in next 2 sts * repeat around – join – ch 3. (29) sts

R6-R7: Dc in @ st around – join – ch 3.

R8: Repeat R5. (34) sts

R9-R14: Dc in @ st around - join - ch 3.

R15: * 2 dcs in the next st - dc in the next st * - repeat around - join - ch 3. (58) sts

R16: Dc in @ st around - join - finish off blue yarn.

Straps

R1: Join yarn to upper center back st – ch 1 – sc in next 2 sts – ch 8 – skipping next 5 sts – sc in next 6 sts – ch 8 – skipping next 5 sts – sc in remaining 3 sts – join – ch1.

R2: Sc in @ st around – join – finish off.

Shirt Collar

Join white yarn to upper center back st of strap – ch 3 - * dc next 2 sts together – dc in next st * repeat twice – dc in next st – ½ dc in next st - * draw up 1 loop through next 3 sts – sc through all loops * repeat once – ½ dc in next st – dc in next st - * dc next 2 sts together – dc in next st * repeat to end of row – join – finish off.

Sleeves

R1: Join white yarn to center underarm seam – ch 3 – dc in @ st + @ ch around – join – ch 2. (15 dc)

R2: * Dc next 2 sts together – dc in next 2 st * repeat around – join – finish off. (11 dc)

Hair Bow

With dark blue – ch 22 – dc in 4^th ch from hook.

R1: Dc in next 2 sts – ½ dc in next st – sc in next st – ch 2 – skipping next ch – sc in next 8 sts – ch 2 – skipping next ch – sc in next st – ½ dc in next st – dc in last 3 sts – finish off.

Draw either end of bow through the opposite ch.
