Materials Needed:

Size E Crochet Hook

Small amount of 4 Ply Yarn – Yellow (Sugar & Cream 4 ply Cotton used.)

12" Satin Ribbon ¼" wide for dress

8 ½ " Satin Ribbon 14 " wide for hair band

Dress

Starting at upper edge – ch 25 – join to form a circle.

R1-R2: Dc in @ st across – ch 3 – turn. End of R2 – ch 2. (25) sts

R3: Sc in next st – sc next [2] sts together – sc in next 6 sts - sc next [2] sts together – sc in next 2 sts – sc next [2] sts together – sc in next 6 sts – sc next [2] sts together – sc in last st – join- ch 3. (21) sts

R4: * Dc in next st - 2 dc in next st * - repeat around – join – ch3. (28) sts

R5-R9: Dc in @ st around – join – ch 3. End of R9 - finish off.

Straps

R1: Join yarn to upper center back st with a ch 2 – sc in next 3 sts – ch 8 – skipping the next 5 sts – sc in the next 8 sts – ch 8 – skipping the next 5 sts – sc in remaining 3 sts – join – finish off.

Weave ribbon through R3 - tie into a bow.

Hair Band

Ch 30 – join to form a circle – ch 3.

R1: Dc in @ st around – join – finish off.

Weave ribbon though R1 – tack ribbon ends on wrong side.
