Bib Skirt w/ Scalloped Edge + V-Neck Top

Materials Needed:

Size 00 Crochet Hook

2 Ounces of 4 Ply Yarn – Light Mint – Light Coral – Coral Fizz

4" piece of ¼" Elastic – sewn into a circle

Skirt

Starting at upper edge – with Lt. Mint yarn – ch 8 - turn – dc in 3^rd ch from hook.

R1-R2: Dc in @ st across – turn – ch 3. End of R2 – ch 2.(7 dc)

R3: Working over an elastic circle – sc in @ st – work 14 more scs over elastic – join – ch 3. (22 sc)

R4: Dc in same space - * 2 dcs* - repeat in @ st around – join – ch 3. (44 dc)

R5-R8: Dc in @ st around – join – ch 3. End of R8 – finish off mint yarn.

R9: Scallops – Join Coral Fizz yarn to lower center back st – ch 5 - * tr – ch 1* - 4 times in same space - **Skipping the next 2 sts – sc – ch 1 – in next st – skipping next 2 sts - *tr – ch 1 * - 5 times in next st ** _ repeat around – join – finish off coral fizz yarn.

Straps – Join Lt. Mint yarn to upper corner st of right bib front – ch 20 – skipping the next 7 sts of waistband – sc in next 3 sts – ch 20 – crossing straps in back – join to opposite corner of bib front – finish off mint yarn.

Bib Trim – Join Coral Fizz yarn to beginning bib st of right side at waist joining – ch 1 – work 3 scs up first side – 3 scs in corner st – sc in @ st along top – 3 scs in corner st – 4 scs down 2^nd side – finish off.

V-Neck Top

Starting a lower edge – with Lt. Coral yarn – ch 24 loosely – join to form a circle – ch 3.

R1-R3: Dc in @ st around – join – ch 3. End of R3 – turn – ch 3. (24 dc)

R4: Dc in next 3 sts – ch 5 - skipping the next 4 sts – dc in the next 8 sts – ch 5 – skipping the next 4 sts – dc in last 4 sts – turn – ch 2.

R5: *Dc in next st – dc the next 2 sts together * - repeat across – turn – ch 2. (17 dc)

R6: Repeat R5 – turn – ch 2. (11 dc)

R7: Collar – Sc in @ st across – finish off. (11 sc)

Sleeves

R1: Join Lt. Coral yarn to center underarm st – ch 3 – dc in @ st around – join – ch 2. (13 dc)

R2: * Dc in next st – dc the next 2 sts together * - repeat around – join – finish off yarn. (8 dc)

Repeat for second sleeve.
