Materials Needed:

Size E Crochet Hook

2 Ounces of 4 Ply Yarn – Warm Brown – Teal - Salsa

Skirt

Starting at upper edge – with Warm Brown yarn – ch 22 - join to form a circle – ch 2.

R1: Sc in @ st around – join – ch 3. (22) scs

R2: Dc in the next 4 sts – 2 dcs in the next st – dc in the next 10 sts – 2 dcs in the next st – dc in the remaining 5 sts – join – ch 3. (24) sts

R3: Dc in the next 5 sts – 2 dcs in the next st – dc in the next 10 sts – 2 dcs in the next st – dc in the remaining 6 sts – join – ch 3. (26) sts

R4-R7: Dc in @ st around – join - ch 3. End of R7 – drop brown yarn.

R8: [X] trim – join Salsa yarn with a ch 3 to joining st – skipping the next 2 sts – hdc in the next st – turn - hdc in the 1^st missed st behind the st just finished – ch 1 - * skipping the next st – hdc in the next st – turn – hdc in the missed st – ch 1 * - repeat around to the beginning ch 3 – crossing in front of the ch 3 – hdc in the beginning missed st – ch 1 – join with a sl st to the beginning ch 2 – finish off salsa yarn. (13) X sts

R9: Pick up the Warm Brown yarn through the center of the 1^st X st – ch 3 - * dc in the ch 1 space – dc between the X sts * repeat around – join – finish off brown yarn. (26) sts

R10: Join the Salsa yarn with a ch 3 - * sc – ch 2 * in @ st around – join – finish off salsa yarn.

Bib

R1: Join Warm Brown yarn to upper edge in 8^th st from center back – ch 3 - dc in next 6 sts – turn – ch 3. (7) sts

R2-R3: Dc in @ st across – turn – ch 3. End of R3 – ch 16 [1^st strap]. (3 1/2" needed)

R4: 2^nd Strap – With the wrong side of work facing - join chain to 2^nd st to the right of center back with a sc – working across center back sts – sc in next 3 sts – ch 16 – crossing straps in back – with the right side of work facing - join chain to opposite corner of bib front – finish off.

Backless Top

With Teal yarn – starting at the upper edge – ch 22 – join to form a circle – ch 3.

R1-R2: Dc in @ st around – join – ch 3. End of R2 – ch 2. (22) sts

R3: Sc in the next 7 sts – sc the next 2 sts together – sc in the next 2 sts – sc the next 2 sts together – sc in the remaining 8 sts – join – finish off teal yarn. (20) sts

Neck ties

R1: Join the yarn to the 8th st from the upper center back st with a ch 3 - dc in the next 6 sts. (7) sts.

Now turn the work, and work back across the 7 sts as follows ...

R2: Sl st into the next st - ch 3 - hdc in the next st - sc in the center st - hdc in the next st - dc in the next st -ch 15 (first tie) - finish off yarn.

Join yarn to the top of the first st - opposite side of R2 - ch 15 (second tie) - finish off yarn.

Cap

With Lt Periwinkle yarn – ch 18 – join to form a circle

R1: Sl st into the next st – sc in the next st – [3] dcs in the next 3 sts – sc in the next st – sl st into next st – turn –

R2: Sl st into the next st – * ch 1 – sc * - repeat in the next 10 sts – ch 1 – sl st into last sl – finish off blue yarn.
