R2: Dc the next [2] sts together - dc in the next 5 sts - [dc the next [3] sts together] in the next 2 sts - dc in the next 5 sts - dc the next [2] sts together - dc in the remaining st - join - ch 3. (16) sts

R3: Dc in @ st around - join - ch 2.

R4: Sc in @ st around - join - ch 3.

R5: Dc in the same space - 2 dcs in @ st around - join - ch 3. (32) sts

R6: * 2 dcs in the next st - dc in the next st * - repeat around - join - ch 3. (48) sts

R7-R9: Dc in @ st around - join - ch 3. End of R9 - finish off rainbow yarn.

R10: Join Brt Yellow yarn to the lower center back st with a ch 4 - * sc in the next st - ch 2 * - repeat in @ st around - join - finish off yellow yarn.

Strap

R1: Join Brt Yellow yarn to upper center back st with a ch 2 - sc in the next 2 sts - ch 8 - skipping the next 4 sts - sc in the next 8 sts - ch 8 - skipping the next 5 sts - sc in the remaining sts - join - ch 5.

R2: * Skipping the next st - tr in the next st * - repeat 4 times total - [Skipping the next st - tr in the next st - holding back last loop - skipping the next st - tr in the next st - holding back the last loop - wrap loop around hook - work off all loops on hook] - 2 times total - repeat *---* in remaining sts - turn - ch 2.
