Size E Crochet Hook

Small amount of 4 Ply Yarn – Candy - [Kids] Lime

4" - 1/4" Elastic - sewn into a circle.

Dress

Starting at upper edge - with Candy yarn – ch 22 – join to form a circle - ch 3.

R1-R3: Dc in @ st across – ch 3 – turn. End of R3 - ch 2. (22) sts

R4: Working over an elastic circle – sc in @ st around – join – ch 3.

R5-R7: Dc the same space - dc in @ st around – join – ch 3. (23)(24)(25) sts

R8-R9: Dc in @ st around - join - ch 3. End of R9 - finish off candy yarn.

R10: Trim - Join Lime yarn to the lower center back st with a ch 2 - * dc in the next st - [working around center front loops of dc of previous row - tr in the next st] - repeat 2 times total - dc in the next st - sc in the next st * - repeat around - join - finish off lime yarn.

Straps

R1: With Lime yarn - join to upper center back st – ch 2 – sc in next 2 sts – ch 8 – skipping the next 5 sts – sc in the next 6 sts – ch 8 – skipping the next 5 sts – sc in remaining 3 sts – join – finish off.

Shrug

With Lime yarn - starting at the upper edge - ch 33 - turn - sc in the 3^rd ch from hook.

R1: Hdc in the next 3 sts - dc in the next 4 sts - tr in the next 14 sts - dc in the next 4 sts - hdc in the next 3 sts - sc in the remaining 2 sts - turn - ch 3. (32) sts

R2: Dc in @ st across - turn - ch 2.

R3-R5: Repeat5 R1-R2 - ending with R1 - ch 1.

Assembly

Fold Shrug together lengthwise with wrong side of work facing - working through both layers - sl st through the next 8 sts - finish off lime yarn. (8) sts

Repeat for 2^nd Sleeve. Weave in and trim all yarn ends.
