Materials Needed:

Size 00 Crochet Hook

2 Ounces of 4 Ply Yarn – [Soft] Powder Pink - White

4" piece of ¼" Elastic – sewn into a circle.

Skirt

Starting at upper edge – with White yarn – working over an elastic circle – 22 scs – join – ch 3.

R1-R2: Dc in @ st around – join – ch 3.

R3: * Dc in the next 5 sts - dc the next [2] sts together * - repeat around - join - ch 3. (19) sts

R4: * Dc in the next 4 sts - dc the next [2] sts together * - repeat around - join - ch 3. (16) sts

R5-R7: Dc in @ st around - join - ch 3.

R8: * 2 dc in the next st - dc in the next st * - repeat around - join - ch 3. (24) sts

R9: Repeat R8 - join - finish off white yarn. (36) sts

Ribbed Top

With Power Pink yarn - starting at side edge seam - ch 7 - turn - sc in 2^nd ch from hook.

R: Sc in @ ch across - turn - ch 2. (6) sts

R2: Working in the back loops only - sc in @ st across - turn - ch 2.

R3-R15: Repeat R2. End of R15 - holding short ends together - sl st through @ st of double thickness - turning ribbing into a tub - ch 3.

R16: Working around top of ribbing sts - * 2 dcs in the next st - dc in the next st * - repeat around - join - ch 3. (22) sts

R17: Dc in @ st around - join - finish off pink yarn.

Shawl

With Powder Pink yarn - ch 45 - turn - dc in 4^th ch from hook.

R1: Dc in @ ch across - turn - ch 3. (43) sts

R2: * Skipping the next st [sc - ch 1] in the next st * - repeat across - turn - ch 1.

R3: Sl st into the first ch 1 space - [sc - ch1] 2 times in same space - * skipping the next ch 1 space - [tr - ch 1] 4 times in the next ch 1 space - skipping the next ch 1 space - [sc - ch 1] 3 times in the next ch 1 space * - repeat across to last ch 1 space - [sc - ch 1] 2 times in last ch 1 space - turn - ch 3.

R4: * Skipping next ch 1 space - [dc - ch 1] in the next sts - 2 times - 2 [dc - ch 1] in the next 2 sts - [sc - ch 1] in the next st * - repeat across to end st - sc in last st - turn - ch 1.

R5: [sc - ch 3] in @ ch 1 space across - finish off pink yarn.
