R7: Dress Skirt - With right side of work facing - join Sh Teals yarn to unused center back loop of R5 with a ch 3 - dc in the same space - * dc in the next 4 sts - 2 dcs in the next st * - repeat around - join - ch 3. (27) sts

R8: Dc in the same space - repeat *---* of R1 around - join - ch 3. (34) sts

R9: Dc in @ st around - join - ch 3.

R10-R11: Repeat R8-R9. (40) sts

Strap

R1: Join Soft Navy yarn to upper center back st – ch 2 – sc in next 2 sts – ch 8 – skipping next 5 sts – sc in next 6 sts – ch 8 – skipping next 5 sts – sc in last 3 sts – join – ch 3.
