Size E Crochet Hook

2 oz. 4 Ply Yarn – Peacock - Toupe Heather

4" of ¼" elastic – sewn into a circle

Dress

With Peacock yarn - starting at upper edge – ch 22 – join to form a circle.

R1-R3: Dc in @ st around – join - ch 3. (22) sts

R4: Working over an elastic circle at the same time – sc in @ st around – join – ch 3.

R5: Dc in the same space - 2 dcs in @ st around – join – ch 3. (44) sts

R6-R10: Dc in @ st around – join – ch 3. End of R10 - finish off blue yarn.

R11: Trim - With wrong side of work facing - working in the front loops only - join Toupe Heather yarn to the lower center back st with a ch 3 - dc in @ st around - join - ch 3.

R12: * Dc in the next 10 sts - tack to skirt with a sl st between R9-R10 * - repeat around - join - tack to skirt with a sl st between R9-R10 - finish off heather yarn.

Strap

R1: Join Peacock yarn to upper center back st with a ch 3 – sc in next 2 sts – ch 6 – skipping next 5 sts – sc in next 6 sts – ch 6 – skipping next 5 sts – sc in last 3 sts – join – ch 2. (24) sts

R2: * Sc the next [2] sts together - sc in the next st * - repeat around - join - finish off blue yarn. (16) sts

R3: Trim - With the wrong side of work facing - working in the front loops only - join Toupe Heather yarn to the upper center back st with a ch 3 - dc in @ st around - join - ch 3.

R4: * 2 dcs in the next st - dc in the next st * - repeat around - join - finish off heather yarn. (24) sts

Sleeves

R1: Join Peacock yarn to the center underarm st with a ch 3 - dc in the next 2 sts - dc in the center of dc row - dc in the next 6 sts - dc in the center of dc row - dc in the remaining 2 sts - join - ch 3. (13) sts

R2-R4: Dc the next [2] sts together - dc in the remaining st - join - ch 3. End of R4 - finish off blue yarn. (12)(11)(10) sts

R5: Trim - With the wrong side of work facing - working in the front loops only - join Toupe Heather yarn to the center underarm st with a ch 3 - dc in @ st around - join - ch 3.

R6: *2 dcs in the next st - dc in the next st * - repeat around - join - finish off heather yarn. (15) sts

Repeat for 2^nd Sleeve.

Brush all Toupe Heather rows with a soft brush for a fur-like effect.

Hat

With Peacock yarn - starting at crown - ch 3 - join to form a circle - ch 2.

R1: Work 10 scs in the center of circle - join - ch 3. (11) sts

R2: Work a dc in same space- 2 dcs in @ st around - join - ch 2. (22) sts

R3: Working in the back loops only - sc in @ st around - join - ch 3.

R4: Dc in @ st around - join - ch 2.

R5: Sc in @ st around - join - finish off blue yarn.

R6: Trim - With the wrong side of work facing - working in the front loops only - join Toupe Heather yarn to the center back st with a ch 3 - dc in @ st around - join - ch 3.

R7: Dc in @ st around - join - finish off heather yarn.
