3 Ties Sheath Dress with Hairband

Materials Needed:

Size E Crochet Hook

2 Ounces of 4 Ply Yarn – Light Blue – Red - White - Royal

Dress

Starting at upper edge – with Light Blue yarn – ch 22 - join to form a circle – ch 3.

R1-R4: Sc in the next 7 sts – ch 1 – skipping the next st – sc in the next 2 sts – ch 1 - skipping the next st – sc in the next 2 sts – ch 1 –skipping the next st - sc in the last 7 sts – join – ch 2. (19+3) sts

R5-R6: Sc in the next 7 sts – ch 1 – skipping the next st – sc in the next 2 sts – ch 1 – skipping the next st – sc in the last 10 sts – join – ch2. (20+2) sts

R7-R8: Sc in the next 7 sts – ch 1 – skipping the next st – sc in the last 13 sts – join – ch 2. End of R8 – ch 3. (21+1) st

R9-R13: Dc in @ st around – join – ch 3. End of R13 – finish off light blue yarn.

Cut one 10" thread of @ of the remaining colors of yarn. With any color - starting a the lower edge of the ch 1 strips - weave through @ ch 1 spaces – over top of the strap row – back through @ ch 1 space – knot ends. Repeat with the other 2 colors of yarn.

Sleeves

R1: Join Light Blue yarn to the center underarm st with a ch 3 – dc in @ st around – join – ch 3. (13) sts

R2-R3: Dc in @ st around – join – ch 3. End of R3 – ch 2.

R4: Sc the next [2] sts together * - repeat around – join – finish off light blue yarn.

Repeat for 2^nd sleeve.

Straps

Join Light Blue yarn to upper center back st – ch 2 – sc in next 2 sts – ch 6 – skipping next 5 sts – sc in next 6 sts – ch 6 – skipping the next 5 sts – sc in the last 3 sts – join - finish off.

Hair Band

With Red yarn – ch 18 – join to form a circle – ch 2.

R1: Sc in @ st around – join – finish off red yarn.

R2: Join White yarn – ch 2 – sc in @ st around – join – finish off white yarn.

R3: Join Royal Yarn – ch 2 – sc in @ st around – join – finish off blue yarn.
